We stayed here while our son played baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. While it was a ways out it was a great fit for our large family. It was peaceful and a nice play to hide away after being at the fields all day. Kim has taken the time to pay attention to the smallest of details and the things and items she keeps in the home and it showed and did not go unnoticed. She was very responsive to messages and tried to be pro- active when something would arise or if things were going to be a little different. I would and will definitely recommend to other larger families who may have a child playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park.
Every year I come to the area for an annual event, so I've stayed in six different places over the past decade. This is the BEST STAY in the region. Usually there's a sacrifice somewhere: a big house has quirks, a good location has attic bedrooms, an affordable home is halfway up a mountain on a narrow dirt track. Almost all the bedrooms (first and second floors) are comparable in size, the house is well designed, and it's two easy turns off the main road and is on a paved road. Well stocked with pots and pans, and plenty of blankets if you need them. It's a comfortable home with a clean style, and I've already booked my stay here for next year.
