“Great area and a really nice place overall. The paintings combined with a loud noise were a little creepy at first 😅, but the massive collection of books and games was amazing and made the stay really enjoyable. Unique spot with lots of character we liked it a lot.”
Beautiful cabin and location. Would highly recommend. Easy to communicate.
5 stars for overall location, views amazing, awesome meadows that paths were cut through (please keep the meadows, they sustain alot of life (*birds, insects, mammals); Interior of main room of cabin was decent. However, as I had mentioned to host, I felt the cleaning fee was exhorbitant and to my disappointment, I did not feel the cabin was as clean or fresh smelling as it could have been. The linens and bathroom were clean, but there was a musty, 'people' smell inside both bedrooms, so that was kind of gross. I opened up windows all around and it seemed to help, but again, expectations when you have a VERY high cleaning fee are going to be high. Getting into door was not easy and I don't recall any instructions on this, once I figured it out, all good. Just little nits here and there that to me, could make it much better for the price point -- this is most definitely more or a 'rustic' cabin feel to me, needs alot of updating inside.
