We absolutely LOVED our stay! This place is very unique, well maintained and it was a great mix of "glamping" with a nice house tucked in the middle of a forest. The deck is amazing, very peaceful and you can easily spot many birds, chipmunks and squirrels, while enjoying the forest sounds. The bathroom feels like you're in a luxury spa, the kitchen is very well equipped and the appliances were all spotless clean and looking very new. Our toddler also had a great time and it felt super safe to just leave her playing on the deck. Kim was a very nice and responsive host, provided many tips and all we needed. We'd be thrilled to come back!
Such a cute, secluded place. They created such a wonderfully creative environment. Highly recommend..
The property is nice but there are no lights illuminating the main area of the deck at night, just a light near the bathroom, and in the covered porch. But porch lights would not turn on during our stay. They were aware of power outages in the area the night before yet we were responsible for trying to fix the broken light or troubleshoot the breaker, which did not solve the problem, and the manager stopped responding while the outdoor section, which is the main living area in a property like this, remained unusable after sunset because of lack of light. The bidet attachment caused a puddle around the toilet. They told me after their stay they will order a new one. While it seemed a safe area, it did not feel safe that nothing was locked when we arrived and there is no lock box.
